I'm Nischal Tiwari — a website manager and platform engineer in Melbourne who's spent 15+ years building on the web, from hand-coded sites to high-traffic platforms. I started on the design side — web and visual designer, then Senior Web Designer and Creative Head — before growing into full-stack delivery. That design foundation still shapes everything I ship: I built the Cricnepal design system that scaled the platform to a 900k+ audience, and I design in Figma before I build in code. Along the way I spent eight years at World Vision Australia building and publishing web pages and email journeys at scale. Today I run Namastec, my web studio, where I design, build and manage live websites for Australian clients end to end. What ties it together is ownership. I don't just launch a site and walk away — I design the experience, set the content and SEO strategy, publish and audit what goes live, wire in the analytics, and keep it fast, accessible and converting as it grows.
